Wound care

Mobile wound care
through our partner.

We partner with Trinity Mobile Wound Care to provide advanced, high-tech mobile wound care for patients in nursing facilities, assisted living centers, and residential homes.

What it is

Wound care that
comes to the patient.

Trinity Mobile Wound Care brings specialized wound care to patients where they live, so they do not have to travel for treatment. Their team serves nursing facilities, assisted living centers, and residential homes.

Trinity Care Continuum partners with them so that patients who need wound care can be connected to it alongside the support they receive from our team.
